What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy for most non-perishable items in their original, unopened condition and packaging. Please note that for health and safety reasons, opened food products may not be eligible for return. Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process and ship our gourmet products as quickly as possible. You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To ensure a swift resolution, please contact our support team immediately at sales@bryfoods.ca with your order number. Once an order is on its way, we are unable to make any changes.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Keeping an eye on your gourmet essentials is easy! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly on our website through the 'Track My Order' page, or by entering it on the official website of the assigned carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your notification.
