Natural Black Olives

This olive variety is produced from Gemlik-type black olives grown in Ayvalık/Türkiye. After harvesting and calibration, the olives are placed in brine (saltwater) and pressed to remove their natural bitterness. Following this process, corn oil is added to achieve a natural-style preparation before being presented to you.

Compared to other black olive varieties, these olives are meatier and have smaller pits.
