🍁 Maple Cinnamon Rolls 🍁

Ingredients
For the Dough:

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

¼ cup sugar

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm milk

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs
For the Filling:

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp BRY Foods ground cinnamon

¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional, for crunch)

⅓ cup unsalted butter, softener
For the Maple Glaze:

½ cup cream cheese, softened
-
¼ cup pure maple syrup
-
½ tsp vanilla extract
-
Optional: 1 tsp rose water for a floral note

Pinch of salt

1. Make the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes. Add melted butter, eggs, and flour. Mix and knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.2. Prepare the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and BRY Foods cinnamon. Roll out dough into a rectangle (about ¼-inch thick). Spread softened butter on top, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture, and add chopped walnuts.3. Roll & Cut:
Roll the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 10–12 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish. Let rise another 30–40 minutes.4. Bake:
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes or until golden.5. Make the Glaze:
Whisk together cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, rose water (if using), and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over warm rolls.🌿 Tips
